5 Things You Must Know Before Starting a Podcast

MUST KNOW

You know your podcast is powerful, but keeping it consistent takes more time than you have.

Help Me With My Podcast!

You’re proud of your podcast -
and you should be!
You’ve got the voice.
the message.
the content that connects.
You know your show is valuable.

But right now, it’s sitting in Google Drive while you’re stuck juggling client work, writing content, and remembering to just breathe.

The editing, the uploading, the show notes, the planning…

It all takes time - and it’s keeping you from staying consistent.

You don’t need a productivity hack. You need support!

Because your podcast only works when it gets out into the world.

And that shouldn’t fall entirely on your to-do list.

“I have episodes recorded, but no time to actually publish them.”

Does Any of This Sound Familiar?

“I love my podcast … I just hate the back-end tasks.”

“I know I need to be consistent, but something always gets in the way.”

“I’m the host, the producer, and the marketing team… and I’m over it.”

“Editing sucks the energy right out of me.”

Imagine having your show running (and selling) without you doing it all yourself!

You record. You exhale. The rest of that episode? Already taken care of.

Your episode gets edited, polished, scheduled, and published - all without you lifting a finger after you press stop.

Episode Description? Done.

CTA? Already linked.

You’re sipping your coffee while your latest episode hits players and DMs from listeners roll in saying, “You were talking to ME!!”

Your podcast keeps building trust, generating leads, and positioning you as the go-to - even when you’re fully booked, traveling, or simply living your life.

No more bottlenecking your own momentum. No more guilt about skipping a week.

Just streamlined, sustainable, done-for-you support that keeps your podcast doing what it was built to do: connect, convert, and compound over time.

That's Exactly Why I Offer

Help Me With My Podcast!

REBECCA PETERSON, AESTHETICALLY SPEAKING

Starting a podcast had been on my wishlist for years, but I was extremely picky in my search for the right podcast manager. Allison has been everything I wanted and more! Her attention to detail, level of communication, and timeliness has been integral to the success of my podcast. I recommend her wholeheartedly!

Allison has been everything I wanted and more!

ZEBA MCGIBBON, THE KINDERGARTEN CAFE PODCAST

Allison was so helpful with all the things that I had to do to get ready and launched in the world! I loved the online systems that took me through each thing to consider and moved me along progressively.

She was so present and helpful with all my million questions - it felt like I had her on speed dial with how quickly she got back to me with each question or concern!

Allison, what the gut

Alexis, The Hollywood Second Act Club

MEGAN MENDEZ, freelancing your way to financial freedom

Allison has been such a great help launching my podcast from start to finish. She made everything so seamless. I felt like I did hardly anything but press record. She took care of everything from set up to editing, to publishing to creating graphics. I feel like I didn't have to lift a finger. My podcast sounds amazing because of her.

If you're wanting to launch a podcast, l 1000% recommend hiring her to do it for you. She gave me so much time back with my family. It was worth the investment tenfold.

I felt like I did hardly anything but press record.

I can’t afford to outsource right now.

If you do not have the money to outsource, that is completely understandable. Been there and don't want you to go in debt! But if possible, the missed consistency, scattered marketing, time lost to editing...that could have you missing out on sales from listeners who are ready to work with you. Strategic support pays for itself when your podcast is pulling in clients.

What’s it costing you to do it all yourself?

“I can just batch and edit episodes myself.”

Even thought you are completely capable of doing all the production yourself, imagine if you could save your energy to stay in your zone of genius! Working on more episode content rather than the editing, show notes, and other tedious tasks. No, they are not hard at all...but time consuming tasks that when outsourced, lead you to more time for you and what matters more. I help you stay the visionary, not the bottleneck.

You can - but should you?

“I’m afraid to let go of control.”

We all have a certain way we want things down in our business. Letting go doesn’t mean lowering the bar - it means raising your capacity. You stay the voice and visionary. I handle the details with care.

yup, get that, too!!

If you are ready to hand over the parts of your podcast that take up too much time, then you are going to love having monthly podcast support!

With my monthly podcast support, you stay the voice and visionary - I handle the editing, publishing, and strategy that keeps your content working even when you’re off the mic.

I started as a podcast editor but quickly became the go-to for women who didn’t just want clean audio - they wanted consistent, strategic content that supported their business without burning them out.

Now I support shows for coaches, creatives, and service providers who want to stay in their zone of genius while I handle the podcast backend.

Help Me With My Podcast!

answers to your questions!

How involved do I need to be in the editing or publishing process?

Well, I like to say that all you have to worry about is recording and I will make sure that amazing message is delivered!

Do I have to provide my own episode titles, show notes, etc.?

Let me take care of that for you 😉! But if you know what you want the title to be, you let me know and I will make sure it’s optimized for SEO.

What’s the turnaround time for editing?

I require all audio to be submitted to me 7 days prior to the release date. But you always have the option to turn it in early or batch episodes.

Can you help me promote my podcast on social or email?

All of my clients have access to a custom GPT which is trained to take podcast episodes and repurpose them into other pieces of content (blog, social media posts, email, etc.) Otherwise, I like to stay in my lane when it comes to podcasting and recommend if you need help with promotion that you look into a marketing VA or social media manager.

Do you offer strategy support or just production?

Although I do not have scheduled strategy calls, I do offer a kick-off call and podcast audit upon onboarding where we can map out scheduling, content, and overall how the podcast is working in the business.

What happens if I skip a week or miss a deadline?

If audio is not turned in on time, you will skip that week and the episode will release the following week. I do not offer refunds for missed or skipped episodes.

Can I change or cancel my plan if my schedule changes?

Sure! All I ask is that you give me 30 days notice.

How do I share my files and recordings with you?

Everything is shared in Google Drive

What makes your podcast management different from other editors?

Although it may seem like I am just the “doer” when it comes to your podcast - from editing, to publishing, to helping you make sure the podcast is working for your stage of business and life... I like to think I am supporting you in your podcast journey!
