See How It Works

Without another piece of content you have to create every week.

Turn what your best-fit clients need to hear into an intentional audio sales asset that helps them understand your approach and move closer to buying.

Make It Easier for the Right Clients to Say Yes

Not Every Service Provider Needs a Weekly Podcast

For years, the advice has been pretty simple.

Launch a podcast. Keep publishing. Build an audience.

And for some businesses, that's exactly the right strategy.

But if you're a service provider, you may not need hundreds of episodes or another piece of content you're responsible for creating every week.

Especially when what you really want your audio to do is help potential clients understand your work and move closer to a decision.

Weekly podcasts are built around ongoing content.

Your private podcast is built around one decision.

This is a great fit for you if...

✅ You have an established service or signature offer.
✅ You find yourself answering the same questions about your offer again and again.
✅ You want potential clients to understand your approach and whether you're the right fit before they reach out.
✅ You want an evergreen asset you can send interested potential clients to again and again.
✅ You love the trust-building power of audio, but don't want another weekly content commitment.

What Does a Private Podcast Experience Look Like?

Imagine someone is interested in working with you.

Instead of searching through your website, old content, or podcast episodes for the information they need, you send them to one private podcast created specifically for them.

They press play.

The first episode answers the first question they need answered.

The next episode answers the question that naturally follows.

And the next one after that.

Each episode intentionally builds on the one before it, helping them understand your approach, your offer, and whether working with you is the right next step.

It's not a collection of podcast episodes. It's one intentional listening experience.

Every episode has a purpose.

Every episode answers the next question your potential client needs answered before they're ready to work with you.

Instead of wondering what to publish next, you're creating one intentional journey designed around the decision they're already trying to make.

Want to Hear How This Works?

I've created the exact kind of private podcast I help my clients build.

Before They Book is an 8-part private audio experience designed to help you rethink what a podcast could do for your business — and what your potential clients actually need to hear before they're ready to hire you.

As you listen, you're experiencing the strategy I'm teaching you about.

What We Build Together

This isn't about sitting down and brainstorming a handful of podcast episodes.

We start with the person you're trying to help and work backward from the decision they're trying to make.

THE PRIVATE PODCAST EXPERIENCE

We'll look at your offer, who it's for, how potential clients currently find you, and what they need to understand before they're ready to work with you.

Phase 1

Understand Your Buyer

We'll uncover the questions, concerns, objections, and information your potential clients need, and put them in the order that helps someone move from interested to ready to decide.

Phase 2

Map Their Decision Journey

We'll turn that journey into an intentional private podcast, mapping what each episode needs to accomplish and helping you create the content that guides your listener through the decision.

Phase 3

Build Your Private Podcast Experience

Once you've recorded, I'll take it from there — editing and producing the episodes, setting up your private podcast, and getting the finished experience ready to put to work in your business.

Phase 4

Produce + Launch Your Experience

What You'll Walk Away With

This isn't only about walking away with a private podcast. It's about changing what happens before someone reaches out to work with you.

🌟 Sales conversations that can focus on fit because potential clients have already had a chance to understand what you do, how you think, and how your offer works.

🌟 Potential clients who already understand your approach before they ever inquire to work with you.

🌟 More qualified inquiries from people who've had a chance to decide whether the way you work is right for them.

🌟 One place to send interested potential clients instead of hoping they piece together what they need from your website, emails, and old content.

🌟 An evergreen private podcast you can keep using long after you've finished recording it.

You're not creating more content.
You're creating one intentional audio experience that answers the questions your best-fit clients naturally have before they're ready to work with you.

I've spent years helping business owners launch, produce, and use podcasts to market their businesses and I've worked on more than 1,000 episodes.

But somewhere along the way, I became less interested in helping people create more episodes and much more interested in a different question...

What does someone need to hear before they're ready to hire you?

That's ultimately what I want podcasting to do for a service-based business.

I want your potential clients to hear how you think. Understand your approach. Get their biggest questions answered. And have enough information to decide whether you're the right person to help them.

That's what led me to create The Private Podcast Experience.

Together, we'll figure out what your best-fit clients need to hear, put those conversations in the right order, and turn them into one intentional private podcast designed to make their decision easier.

You don't necessarily need more content.
You need the right conversations in the right order.

Hi, I’m Allison 👋

Questions You Might Be Asking

No. The Private Podcast Experience is created as its own private audio series, so you don't need an existing public podcast, podcast audience, or back catalog.

If you already have a podcast, that's completely fine too. Your private podcast has a different job: a refined set of episodes helping interested potential clients get the information they need to decide whether your offer is right for them.

Plan on roughly 4–6 weeks.

We’ll use that time to dig into your offer and buyer journey, map out what your potential clients need to hear, develop your private podcast episodes, and get you ready to record.

This is a collaborative process, the exact timeline will depend somewhat on how quickly we move through feedback and recording, but you’ll have a clear project timeline and know what we’re working on at each stage.

There's no magic number.

We won't start by deciding you need 5, 8, or 10 episodes and then finding things to fill them with. We'll first figure out what your potential clients need to hear before they're ready to make a decision.

The buyer journey determines the episodes, not the other way around.

Some experiences may need fewer conversations; others may need more. Every episode will have a specific job.

That's exactly what we'll figure out together.

You don't need to show up with your episodes mapped out or know exactly what questions belong in the series.

We'll look at your offer, your best-fit clients, the questions you hear on calls, common objections, what someone needs to understand about your approach, and what typically happens before someone decides to hire you.

From there, we'll map the conversations your private podcast needs to include, and the order they need to happen in.
Once it's created, your private podcast becomes an evergreen part of your client journey.

You can send potential clients to it from your website, emails, guest podcast appearances, referrals, social content, or anywhere else someone discovers your business.

The goal isn't to keep feeding it new episodes. It's to keep putting the right people into the experience you've already created.
