Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Allison Nitsch, LLC, we strive to provide top-notch podcast management services. However, we understand that changes happen, and we want to make sure both parties are protected.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Either party (client or service provider) may terminate our services with a 30-day written notice. This allows us to wrap up any outstanding work and ensure a smooth transition.

  • If services are terminated during this period, any outstanding payments will be due for the services rendered during the 30-day notice.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are not typically provided, except in the rare case of an error or oversight on my part.

  • If you fail to submit episodes, content, or materials within the agreed-upon timeframe, no refund will be issued for those unused services.
